Cow’s Milk Cheese; Firm dough, semi hard; Pleasant buttery aroma with strong fruit notes reminding rose wine and rose flowers. Similar to Parmigiano Reggiano taste with a pleasant mellow end due to the wine used externally on the rind during the aging process. Dried rose petals used as topping on one side of the cheese as decorative final touch.
