A traditional Seville Marmalade with Scotch Bonnet Chillies. Bonnets are delightfully fruity & they work so well with the Seville Oranges.
Certainly wakes up your taste buds at breakfast. Not just for your toast though, try on Gammon or Glazing a baked ham, even on a bacon sarnie.
If like us, you enjoy your puds, give a chilli kick to your bread and butter pudding, spread on every other slice of bread.Chilli brings out all the richness of the egg, cream & butter custard mix; VERY moreish.
Or if you are feeling a cold coming on, or just for a bit of a pick-me-up, add a tablespoon to a mug of hot water & a splash of whiskey (purely medicinal of course!), for your own chilli hot toddy.
