Our award-winning sourdough bread, baked fresh daily. If you want to freeze it either
slice it and pop the frozen slices straight into the toaster or wrap the whole loaf tightly
then when you go to thaw it that it in the wrapper, allowing the moisture to go back into
the loaf, then remove from the wrapping and place in a hot oven for a few minutes to
crisp the crust up again. It’ll be as good as the day it went into the freezer! It is made
with our 200-year old sourdough starter using traditional, slow prove methods and
baked fresh for you.
